Identification, Tagging and Physical Verification Services
This services is designed to ensure at the end of activity the company has complete control including whereabouts of its assets. We have the experienced and trained staffs for providing asset inventory and reconciliation services. We conduct initial assessments as may be desired, inventory of assets, tagging of assets and then conducting of physical verification. We issue our repots on the finding.
Scope of Service
- Conduct of Initial Assessment of Assets in "As Is" Condition with or without temporary TAGs
- Helping company in defining an appropriate asset inventory policy
- Final Tagging of assets as per the defined process of the company, using our application EcommFAT
- Conduct of Final Physical Verification of Assets
- Reconciliation support including suggestions on mapping missing and additional assets
- Ensure compliance with asset tracking policy
